So when do the roster cuts happen?

I noticed some teams were cutting rookies after the first pre-season game. I haven't heard anything from the Cowboys camp on the roster cut

They did it last year too. Those last 4 days I'd let my starters just pound the guys who are going to get cut.

That's a big jump in cuts in four days. I guess it gives teams a couple more days to figure out what to do with borderline guys. I am sure they have an idea already anyway. Didnt it used to be three different cut dates?
