They take a lot of pride in that. The punter uses a ton of hang time and only 14 of his 59 punts have even been returned. 24 fair catches, 5 touchbacks and 16 out of bounds. Still, 19 total yards on 14 returns is sick coverage.

Beasley is too small and fragile to be returning anything. I think you need someone with a stockier build - Dave Meggett, Brian Mitchell type guys that can break a few tackles and get up field.

That's a great stat but it has to be pure luck, or the bounce of the ball, or the referees are giving them all the calls on returns

Can't be the coaching and players

I am pretty sure coaching and players have nothing to do with performance

Mitchell size ideally. Meggett seemed to be more well built than Beasley. With the size of todays players a guy like Beasley is going to get killed IMHO. You got that?

They have a return man in Dwayne Harris. He is hurt. Sometimes you have to just throw someone out there.
