The obvious names to leave include Santonio Holmes, Leonard Pope, Vernon Davis, Haloti Ngata, and Mario Williams. However, as usual, there will be some surprise names that may enter the draft:

Fresno State has two talented prospects currently looking over their options, CB Richard Marshall and WR Paul Williams. Williams has had a big couple weeks and that may be pushing him out the door.

Miami also has a pair of underclassmen who may leave. Many down in Coral Gables are saying CB Devin Hester and DE Baraka Atkins are as good as gone. One underclassman who scouts have been high on but who is expected to stay is SS Brandon Merriweather. Still, Meriweather and a host of other Hurricane juniors such as DT Kareem Brown, WRs Ryan Moore and Darnell Jenkins and RB Tyrone Moss are expected to at least ask for grades from the advisory committee.

A few talented, but under the radar line prospects are considering the jump. They include Texas Tech G Manuel Ramirez, Iowa State OT Aaron Brant, and NC State G Leroy Harris.

Tennessee DT Justin Harrell is considering leaving Knoxville for the draft. Harrell is a prospect with high potential and could go on the first day. Two Volunteer linemen, OT Aaron Sears and G Rob Smith are also considering the jump. And talk is, with the coaching changes in Knoxville (ie: a new Wide Receivers coach), one of their talented wideouts: Bret Smith, Jayson Swain and Robert Meachem could make the jump as well.

Another SEC player, Florida QB Chris Leak flirted with the idea of leaving but is now leaning heavily towards returning to Gainsville for his senior season. One junior signal caller who could surprise and leave for the draft is Pittsburgh's Tyler Palko.

After putting together a nice season, Clemson WR Chansi Stuckey will at least consider the draft and petition to the advisory committee.

Georgia DE Quentin Moses is still on the fence, but is at least keeping the door open. A couple other talented junior defenders are expected to return though. Florida State OLB Ernie Sims is likely to return to Tallahassee for his senior season. After a disappointing, injury filled season, Virginia's Ahmad Brooks is expected to return, although he has still left the door open for the NFL. His teammate, Kai Parham is also expected to return. Up in Happy Valley, their LB Paul Posluzny recently declared his intentions to return to Penn State. A disappointing season for the Wolverines of Michigan has many thinking DE Lamarr Woodley will be back, even though he has received high marks from scouts.

Maryland OT Stephon Heyer has given his intentions to return to school. Heyer tore his ACL in August, but still could have left for the draft this year. Should he make a full recovery, Heyer could be a top OT prospect next season.

One big surprise may be down in South Carolina, where sophomore FS Ko Simpson is expected to at least file for advisory and will explore his options about the NFL. Simpson sat out one season, so he is able to enter this year's draft. In his two years as a Gamecock, he has shown excellent playmaking ability and could go as high as Round 2 were he to enter.

Another junior DB, Wyoming CB Derrick Martin is considering entering the draft. Martin is an under the radar prospect, but is very talented and could be a big riser if he chooses to enter the draft. Yet another CB, California's Daymeion Hughes is considering the jump. He has good size and speed and could move up.

Two big, but lesser known wideouts are likely to enter the draft. La-Monroe's Drouzen Quillen and Mississippi Valley State's Tyrone Timmons. Quillen might not have much to come back for and the same for Timmons, who doesn't get as much exposure in MVSU's offense. Both are excellent developmental prospects, but their lack of polish would put them in the middle of day 2.

One last underclassman who is exploring his NFL options is Colorado K Mason Crosby. Crosby, a finalist for the Groza award, would likely take advantage of a down year for senior kickers and be the first kicker off the board.

Palko is not leaving Pitt for the draft. Trust me on this, you can take that to the back and cash it.

He should.

Cause Wanny hasn't taken long in running another program into the ground.

Stuckey or Meachem would be nice pick ups. The senior WRs leave me really disappointed and I'm not a Santonio Holmes fan. Chansi Stuckey is a very quick WR and PR. Meachem has the potential to be a superstar WR and would be well worth the late 1st round pick. Only a redshirt sophmore.

Another guy not mentioned is Jason Hill of Washington St. He's better than either of them and would be the first WR off the board.

How many GMs will cry if Bush decides to stay in school? I don't think it is likely, but I would find it comical.
