Brady had a perfect int ratio of 0.0???

As for the other stuff, yes I agree there's plenty of areas for improvement...and he would totally agree.
One of my least favorite plays by him last year was that check out of the run that led to a pick in the Green Bay. It was the right call normally with that look but a really terrible idea given the situation. It should not have even been an option.

If you notice I said he didn't play at all one year hence the 0.0%.

He ain't the worst QB to have. He isn't the best either.

The team is stuck with him for better or for worse.

Say his back isn't just right. What's the earliest they can realistically take the cap hit to cut/trade him?

That makes him an average QB which just ain't so.

It really doesn't. I was simply trying to state that Romo is not either one of the extremes that people on this board try to portray him as. He isn't the second coming of Joe Montana nor is he Ryan Leaf.

That's fair. I happen to think he's an elite QB and only a few are consistently better.

See above. His INT% is not what it should be and he's acknowledged that publicly more than once. It's not bad but it can improve IMO.

Like I said, I'd be happy with 31 and 10 any year any QB. Any GM would be as well.

If his INT is 3.5 or more then it may not be good enough and all may be unhappy. I get the point but its not that simple. Still 35TDs is very good.

Well, that's not reporting, positive or otherwise. Calvin Watkins called it exactly what it is--namely, random thoughts.

In my opinion, sports articles and information broadcasts are about 55% actual news and 45% fluff. The fluff factor rises whenever sensationalism bumps news gathering to the curb. This article is chock full of personal commentary. Several forum members could produce a similar article through third party source material and speculation.

I've been excited for this team since Tony stepped in and took his beat down from the Giants. I played some madden a couple days ago and I was grateful that Bledsoe was no longer the driving force under center...madden 07 fools. Tony has everything you could ask of a starter QB gunslinger making plays down field. He sets himself apart with his improv play when it's most needed and his elusiveness making defenders eat dirt even though they expect it from him. Game losing int or game winning drive with the defense stacked against him. If he throws an int that a teammate tipped, is sacked while waiting for his reciever to make it up field, fumbles the ball himself or his target does. Romo should have known better. If it goes back to the playoff fg hold, his style of play over his career, big media stories and their agenda but most likely the women he may have dated creating the powerful force of Hollywood hulk Romo pro golfer. Romo has been scrutinized most his career and only about half the time over gootball play. Give em the old razzle dazzle 2 minute drive for the win? Romo is best in the east! No Nfc! come up short? Did the defense give up that half minute remaining fg for the win? That's just Romo being insert "___" as typical.

Would Tony have had more success with a solid o-line his entire career? Well sure, he might have fewer interceptions and more yards if he had a stout o-line. Or its maybe that do or die qb play he thrives on? A top run game with romo handing off instead? If Romo is measured by wins and losses and post season success, Glorious wins and leads that were lost in record setting fashion because of throw A, safe play B or trying for the big play instead of the safe one. How much will the defense ask of the offense because Romos greatness at times has come with big touchdowns and big games because he's often forced to. Romo is consistent with what he brings to the game(consistantly improved as a player every year), it's what and how much is expected every week, and year and december from him.

If this revamped O-line can do one thing this year then it has to be a healthy Romo. More run and less drop backs, maybe a couple less hits and sacks on the year or even not getting too close for comfort next to Martin.

It's been a long time since I was a semi active poster. But as a fan and member of this commumity(vocal or not) In the end its another Romo thread and another year filled with hopes, fears, cheers of a contender, some story about Jerry being responsible for bad property advice when my cousin went broke building hotels on pacific, North Carolina and penselvania ave., a real GM would have seenthat as a suckers move and shored up common sense infrastructure with utilities and railroads and save money with lower cost housing options. Jerry is changing his approach from using that easy get out of jail free card and is looking to roll some doubles which had the team going in a direction. Ill keep a few of our "bad" picks over I know your father bobby come play defense for me.

Chance:draw a card - your 1st round pick busts, forfeit 2 picks for trade value to move up.

Most excessive run on post. Go Cowboys. Im excited to see one live after I move to Dallas this summer.

In terms of local media, Tony is one of the most sheltered quarterbacks in the league. Barely anybody in the DFW media does anything but praise him.

If u criticize Romo your a hater and you don't know what your talking about... Why can't you just be a Romo realist? He's good... he's all we got.. The team is married to him the next few years... But Dallas fans tend to overestimate the worth of home grown players.. He's good but not worth the contract and he has yet to proven himself in pressure games...

correction: "we're lucky to half him."

Also, your response is convuluted. You write: The complaints about the Romo bashing is attributed to about 5 peole or so on this forum . . . What you meant but did not write IN CLEAR ENGLITCH is this: Romo bashing is attributed to about 5 people or so on this forum . . . .

See, now you make sense and it thrill me for you to make sense (for once).

I saw what you did here
