You guys just don't get it.

He has brought with him a culture of selfishness. And he is the poster boy for it.

And that type of culture permeates the Cowboys - from the owner on down.

No one knows how to keep his mouth close, focus on the task at hand and play as a team.

Everyone has to get face time - from the owner on down to T.O.

Me. me. me.

Look at me assess what's the problem on this team.

Look at me offer suggestions and recommendations to make things better.

Look at me throw people under the bus.

Look at me ... I have all the answers.

Nothing is going to change until the culture changes.

But keep on bringing in guys like T.O. He's right, we do need to get him the ball.

Meanwhile, guys in Miami and Atlanta with half the talent of this team, but know how to keep quiet and focus on their jobs, are going to the playoffs and Dallas is sitting home.

Your post would be 100% correct IF...

TO didnt block for his teammates
TO didnt encourage other players to contribute
TO didnt celebrate when others scored
TO didnt welcome RWR
TO didnt call him and Witten White Chocolate

Moral of your post.. inaccurate.

Huh? Make sense for a change.

Dallas got nothing in 2007 and Miami and Atlanta will get the same "nothing" in 2008. Can you read? You're sitting here giving props to two teams who have'nt done anything yet. If they lose their first playoff game they are the same as the 2007 Cowboys.

GET IT?

If any of you thought the offense was putrid today, this was nothing
compared to how bad the Dallas offense would be without Terrell Owens.

TO is the furthest thing from the problem with the Dallas Cowboys.

Miami did what they did with hard workers not super stars. That's the difference between the Dallas Cowboys and them.

Give me hard working no names over a bunch of primadona superstars every day of the week.

Who cares about what they did in 2007. It ended up being nothing.

Miami is garbage. There a team who relies on gimmick and has a new head coach. If you've noticed when a bad team gets a new head coach they usually overacheive the 1st year. See this team with Parcells as head coach. Then the next season they go right back to where they belong. Miami is a terrible example. Those same hardworkers were here and they sucked including Ferguson, Fasano and Ayodele.

If you dont win it all who cares? I feel the same way now as i did after the Giants loss last year. Hoping Tony Romo doesn't choke next year. Owens isn't an issue to me, sorry i dont have the same agenda most on this board have with him. I actually watch the games.

Yah... he was missing Romo for how many games? 3?

69 catches, 1052 yards and 10 TD's

hmmm......

Exactly. If you give them Romo back for those 3 games I think you'd have seen numbers very close to the ones he put up last year.

I believe he had 81 grabs for 1300 yards and 15 scores last year.

I figure over those 3 games with Romo he would have gotten at least 11 or 12 more grabs for at least another 150 yards and another couple scores.

That would have given him something like...80-81 catches, 1200 or so yards, and 11 or 12 TDs.

Really that's not that big a difference.

But, yeah, clearly he doesn't produce.

I love me some me. You don't have an agenda? You don't win with me players. No team in any sport does, bt that don't matter.

Take guys like Joey Porter and Ricky Williams off Miami and stick them on this team, and the media would turn them into "problem" players, too.

Can you please tell me what needs to change without SAYING T.O.'s name.

Cause if you think T.O. is the main problem with this team, your not watching the damn games.

each time he has complained about the team and its offense... he has been right.

This team is better on paper and that frustrates him just like it frustrates us.
