Our undrafted Romo is from Eastern Illinois

Our undrafted Hurd is out of Northern Illinois. Hurd won a roster spot with Cowboys during the preseason by catching 15 passes for 200 yards and a score. He has one catch for 33 yards this season.


Any scouts checking out southern and western Illinois?

Northern is Div. 1 Western southern and Eastern are 1AA. Jacobs transfered to Southern from Auburn because he wasn't getting any playing time behind Ronnie Brown and Cadallac.

I like MBIII.. but 6'4 270lb back that runs 4.4.. that's special..

Little unfair to compare the two with stats.. they are used differently by their Offense's. Now I hope no one takes my comments as a knock against MBIII,, I love this kid.. But i am just aknowledging that Jacobs is a rare back that I would love to have on this team as well.
