The Cowboys are in all likelihood out of the playoff picture but it appears that the majority of the teams left on the schedule will be fighting for a Playoff Spot until the Season ends.

I would love to see Jason Garrett and a more humble Jerry Jones revitalize this team and play spoiler to some of these teams  .

Here's hoping we wreck absolute havoc on the NFC East to closeout the season :starspin .

especially the Giants. I cant stand them and it seems that they get all the lucky breaks and bounces

I would also like to see a concerned effort to get the running game going.

The season is going nowhere. Focus on the running game.

Yes, you all heard me right. I want Jason Garrett to run the ball more.

So it was Wade's fault for not running the ball and now that Garrett is head coach, he can do what he wanted to do all along? Why couldn't he run since the beginning of the season?

Maybe Wade wouldn't bench the quitters and Garrett knew it was a waste of a down?
Maybe he will pull guys that won't do their jobs and make them accountable and let the practice squad guys fight for their spot? I bet that will get the running game in gear.

Again, as always, you're missing the point and taking it out of context.

Passing the ball GAVE us the best chance to win. Now that the season is over, it doesn't matter, he might as well focus on an obvious weakness and do what he can to improve it.

I never said running the ball wasn't important. I said passing the ball gives us the best chance to win with this team considering our line and their run blocking abilities and our QB/WR's. Not any more.

We need to focus on running the ball even if it is to our detriment. The season is over anyway, and whether people like it or not, a good chunk of the roster will be back last year. And we obviously need to improve our run game.

Now there needs

Garrett already had full control over the offense. I would think the offense would be the same but now Garrett will have less time to spend with them due to head coach responsibilities. No more sitting on the bench going over pictures.

Being the head coach, and offensive coordinator/ assistant head coach is a big difference.

Despite what many want to believe, it was Wade's team.

It is now Garrett's team.

"Awaken, child!"

Seriously, man, this is some lalaland crazy yarn you are spinning.

Garrett had total control of his offense. Wade had no idea who was going in or out. He didn't control personnel groups, that was Garrett.

Good try though.

The only change will be a defensive coordinator who wants to be here.

Garrett is the exact same Garrett as he was 24 hours ago. One who could barely get a first down.

No, in Jerry World, it is not a big difference.

You are lying to yourself there holmes.

it was Garret's offense, he had total control, it was that way before Wade got hired. but I get it, Wade's gone, all is well.

He tried last night in the first few series then they where down 28-0 before you could blink

...i guess we'll see...but these guys can't be trusted to play with the type of intensity that will be required for sixty minutes...they quit too easily and i'm not sure that gets solved this year...two things "alone" will make it hard for this team to win...offensive line and defensive secondary...both are in shambles right now...that does'nt get fixed this year...

...only two teams remain that have a capacity for quitting on their schedule...Detroit and Arizona...everything else is brass-knuckle NFC East brawls and appointments with two quarterbacks who made superbowl appearances last year...i would go so far as to say that the Detroit game is a must-win for Garrett, considering the team has'nt won at home yet this year...but if they can lose to Jax they can lose to the Lions and if they do the ugly just gets uglier...
