Gil Brandt left more football knowledge in the toilet this morning than you will ever have in your life.

Never had a typo in your life? Or mistake a name?

I haven't read the article yet. It's not a reach to name the Cowboys as the best team in the East. The Eagles have a way to go. The Giants are the Giants....can play up or down from week to week....a lot like the Cowboys. Commanders have some good young talent but have some holes as well. I don't think there is a clear cut favorite at the moment.

Not to mention Gil worked for a head coach who constantly butchered player’s name. I loved Tom but the man could butcher a player’s name.

His prediction is just as crazy or legit(depends on how you feel) as the next analysts.

We can all admit that the Cowboys had their flaws and didn't do much to change this aside from the draft.

However, you can't escape the fact that the Cowboys who were 8-8 last year with a depleted team.

Factor in injury's and our youth being a year older? There's a reason to be optimistic. And also factor in that our competitors in the NFC East didn't improve their rosters either. This division won't be written off before the season. It may come down to the wire just like it has the past few years.

I can definitely see this because the schedule sets up pretty good for us. Playing AFC West, opening at home, a late bye week. As we all know staying healthy is the key to any successful season. I think the Commanders go back to reality and to their pre-second half of last season form. The Giants will still be a problem but winning that home opener will be huge in more ways than one. Getting the not having beaten them in the new stadium monkey off our back is very important.

The Livermore comment would have been the dead give away he doesn't know a thing about football.

But since he praised Caesar and didn't slay him, then he's just alright with the usual suspects.

No you don't you can get in as a wild card and win 3 on the road much harder task but it can be done as we all know. But I do think the 1st goal for every team is to go out and win their division.

Cowboys have just as good of chance as the other 3 teams.

Health and OL improvement are the keys to 2013. I like our chances to take the division.
