The NFL is reviewing the personal foul penalty that Cowboys offensive tackle Flozell Adams drew at the end of Sunday's first half against the New York Giants for potential disciplinary measures, a league official confirmed.

Adams, who injured Giants defensive end Justin Tuck in Week 2 and has a history of run-ins with New York, drew a personal foul penalty at the end of the half for a late hit out of bounds.

The teams scuffled en route to their locker room and tuck blamed Adams for it. According to The New York Times, Tuck said Adams pushed him from behind.

The league declined to speculate on the potential outcome of the review, but Adams at the very least will be fined and could wind up getting suspended.

If the NFL opts to suspend Adams, it would inform Dallas of its decision by the end of Tuesday for game-planning purposes.

Adams was fined $12,500 for committing two fouls in Week 2. He tripped Tuck, causing an injury to his left shoulder, and kicked Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora.

One week earlier, Adams was fined $5,000 for unnecessary roughness against Tampa.

The Cowboys play host to the Chargers on Sunday.

I don't know if Tuck did something to Flo to get him to feel like he needed to do that, but if not, that was bush.

Smacking a guy in the back is pretty bush no matter what happened before.

As will Magee, Kitna's stint will be short with his kind of mobility. Our best bet would actually be to run the wild cat all game with Choice and crayton.

I was really surprised that Flo wasn't ejected for the foul. In fact, I was watching at a bar (too many games to hear the call) with a mix of Boys and Giants fans, and we all pretty much agreed that Flo was tossed

And if you weren't noticing, there was a lot of holding being done by the Giants throughout the game. They had been running their mouths...and for you come to the game latelies, Erik Williams was the enforcer back when the trio ran the show. Colombo was the task master until he got injured...and Flozell was just picking things up in his departure. This was the Giant home and Flozell was sending a message of accountability. Erik Williams would have gone ahead and hit him! That's the NFL, and kiddie stuff is left out until after the games...

we'd be at 3rd and 45 regularly with 5 dummies with anger managment issues up front as Flo. And maybe Romo would have 3-4 concussions this season too with all that wiffing

That's a pretty good LT for 10-11 years people in here our ripping. Certainly, age is catching up with him, but don't take for granted not having to worry about the blindside for the last decade.

Flo's been a very good Cowboy, warts and all.
