I saw this in an NFL draft forum, and thought it would be worth posting here. Split the above average starters into the following tiers:
Elite - All-Pro candidate
Very good - Pro-Bowl candidate
Good - Above average starter
Here's mine. I'm purposely being conservative when close. But how incredible is our talent?
Also, I'm not sure if I can link to other forums, but Google "How does your teams roster split in tiers?" if interested in seeing how fans think other teams stack up.
Elite:
Martin - OG
Frederick - C
Smith - OT
Bailey - K
Very Good:
Zeke - RB
Dez - WR
Lee - LB
Romo - QB (Let's not make it about this)
Good:
Dak - QB (and this)
Jones - FS/SLOT
Claiborne - CB
Beasley - SLOT
Lawrence - DE
Leary - OG
Collins - OG
Elite - All-Pro candidate
Very good - Pro-Bowl candidate
Good - Above average starter
