Coughlin is number two? Give me strength.

he's not even the best coach in the division.

Andy Reid
Tom Coughlin
Wade Phillips
Jim Zorn

Something every NFC East does have with near equality is aggressive ownership that will spend to win, granted with mixed results as seen by Daniel Snyder.

Based on last year, Zorn's position is probably about correct. The biggest mistake he made was continuously throwing players under the bus to the point they stopped fighting for him. If he can put his ego and desire to be in the limelight aside, and start spewing standard coachspeak about putting the players in a better position to succeed, then he will be a better coach. It's too soon to know how he is as a playcaller.

Just curious, what's this all about?

Every coach on that list "has a chance" of being top 10.

Coaching isn't rocket science.

Give them top 5 talent and even the worst NFL coaches could rise up rankings.
Singletary will rise when he gets some players. But he will not simply coach up bad ones anymore than anyone else. As for now, Singletary has made some "rookie" coach moves and it may take him time.

No one was calling Jimmy Johnson a genius after his first season.

In fact everyone was insulting everything about the coaching staff and its "vanilla" offense. Well the offense got even more vanilla under Norv but Jimmy lead the way in acquiring ridiculous amounts of talents and now he is a coaching legend. Even if he almost certainly never once beat a more talented team in the playoffs in his career.

Everyone has a chance to in the lottery, too. Singletary has some unique talent IMO. That's what I mean. He's not inherited the greatest team but the guy seems to have 'it'.

What have Brad Childress and Mike Singletary done to be ahead of Wade? They're too high imo. I like Singletary but he hasn't proved anything yet.

Del Rio is too low.

No one has done less with more than Wade, he deserves to be in the bottom third and definately behind Lovie.

Singletary changed the mood, attitude and direction of the 49ers. They were a non talented, undisciplined team when he took over last season and he got them to just simply be a non talented team that tried harder.

Andy Reid and Mora Jr area entirely too high.

And Belichick among the best ever already? Come on...that's pretty biased.
