Very poor work from two men who should be better.

This was pathetic.

well the ESPN twins are not a fan of Beasley for some reason from the start.

Rather take Damarious Randall on a reach then get stuck taking a 1tech who's overhyped at 27

And one that will never be more than a 2 down player. In fact any 1 Tech, including Brown will likely come off the field 3rd down in our defense

I do not think they are "not fans".

I think they are incompetent. I can all but guarantee Beasley goes in the top ten.

Every year they get more and more adept at backpedaling so this "fling dung at the wall" approach pre-draft doesnt matter.

Either/both are going to say for each selection, "I actually had him to (X) in my mock draft number (Y). I called this one weeks ago."

Like Kiper claiming he was big on Jones way before the combine...

Why do people get so damn butt hurt over mock drafts?

Every year random craziness that nobody saw coming happens...

So when people predict something crazy...who cares?

This was not a "crazy" prediction.

Each one, a supposed expert, just forgot about Beasley.

What leads you to believe they forgot him?

The fact that he has been a staple in both of their mocks for weeks.

Unless of course both suddenly came to the epiphany that he is not a first round choice at the same time

I'd scream and run like a little fat kid after an ice cream truck with a card that says "OMG BEASLEY LOLOLOLOLOL" up to the podium.

They had him in the 2nd round. That was a 3 round mock draft.

You can disagree, but it seems like you're suggesting they forgot about him, which is just wrong.

Scouts.com now has Beasley out of the top 32.
McShay also has him out his top 32.
Kiper had him 16, so maybe he did overlook him or didn't see a fit.

Kind of a whacky mock anyway.

Kiper took Beasley with the 36th pick to Jax and called it a huge steal.
McShay just didn't think Beasley was a 1st rounder.

I'd take him at 27!
