I don't see that there is a clear leader in the division
Yep.
Considering that is about a 50% change over in division champions from year to year.

That one. And they did it after starting 3-5, finishing the season 7-1 and beating us at our house. I will say that the Cowboys played them oddly well last year compared to what you would expect from their results against other teams, so maybe we have some head to head advantage. I think it's clear they have the superior team now and I don't see how adding a dynamic player that fits into exactly what they do doesn't make them better.

Oh lord, ok, help me out here, what is it this year, dream team IV?, unstoppable part II? Man the eagle imposters are sure easy to catch when a little bait is thrown out there
You must be a miserable person. Why are you even a fan? Huh?
Another one of my personal favorites.
Not just fake fan, but division rival fan imposter! Wolf in sheeps clothes!

So when is this statistical surety going to result in Dallas' turn again?
4 teams in the division, with those odds we surely must have been division champs at least one of the last 4 years, no?
Am I alone in feeling sort of indifferent to this move? The guy will be 31 before the season starts... was totally ineffective in the return game this past season... was deemed unworthy of his salary by Sean Payton in an offense that was equally perfect for him.
Also, the touches he gets come at the expense of McCoy's touches. Sproles is no more dangerous. Obviously it's another element and also protects them in case McCoy goes down, but is 18 touches for McCoy and 7 for Sproles necessarily worse than 25 for McCoy?
Exactly.
But some want to cover their eyes to these facts.
So you are down on the team again. lol
Man you are blowing up agendas in here...don't you know that was the missing piece to yet another Lombardi for the little eagles? Did I say another? Well it seems like it...to hear eagles fans talk a trip to the big dance is an annual occuranceYou're not alone. Sproles isn't exactly the same guy he once was and there's only so many footballs to go 'round. Kind of the problem we had in 2008 and 2007.
I'd rather them limit McCoy's touches and keep him out of rhythm.
Although I'm sure there will be a couple of formations here and there that are supposed to threaten, I just don't overall see this as being a "oh my god, we're toast" move.
Now if they picked up a legit, big bodied number 1 like Julio Jones? Panic. Von Miller? Panic.
I just don't see this as that great of a signing and I'm happy Sproles is eating up some cap space.

Wow. You could have insulted my mom or something, but calling me an Eagles fan...
