Well you do got me there. lol

I'm tired of hearing all the great stories my Dad tells about this team and greatness. I want some of my own stories I can tell my own son one day.

I don't know if it will ever happen but I'll be here if it does.

I do feel for you. I feel bad for all the younger Cowboy fans who never knew how great this team used to be. When I was kid we were in the playoffs practically every year and even when we were behind, I thought we could win. Other teams hated us because they knew how good we were. I guess I just get frustrated because I remember those days and want them back.

Iwant Garrett gone for one reason and one seasin only: Garrett throws away football games. See Detroit and GB games.

Any coach has to put up with Jerry and that is a huge liability. But you don't have to ice your own kicker. I want a guy who can sonehow put up with Jerry and oroperly manage games when he is on the sidelines. Garrett clearly can't do that.

The whitewash begins...JG's gonna bring it in 14!
I think I can tell you that providing that coach is working in the same environment Garrett is right now. Where he can't even lock the bathroom stall without Jerry's permission.

I'm not sure Garrett wouldn't be 1-3 games better if his owner was sane. That's the point of the article.

Engel totally whitewashes everything Garrett has done wrong with "in game management". That is solely on Garrett and if he is distracted enough by JJ during the week to make adequate game management decisions, he definitely isn't fit' more so than another coach in the same position.

I understand that theme is NO COACH could win in these circumstances, but he doesn't point to any reason to stick with JG other than, "woe is me" argument. If we can't change JJ, we can try to have him hire adequate staff to butt heads with.

These reasons are the biggest reasons why Garrett should go! The ability to be good in situational football is the thing that separates good coaches from great ones.

Give this team a coach that can do that and I can see 3-4 wins past .500, not to mention being able to beat playoff contending teams!

I like how he disregards these two negative aspects as irrelevant. Durrrr....these should be damn near the ONLY things important to a good HC; playcalling and GAME MANAGMENT.
