Dez Bryant scored the game's first points, catching a 2-yard pass from Tony Romo. He had only one other catch for 10 yards.

"Frustrating. There's nothing else to say," Bryant said.

Rookies Terrance Williams and Gavin Escobar led the team in receiving, with Williams catching two passes for 36 yards and Escobar two for 32.

Romo completed 11 of 20 passes for 104 yards with three touchdowns, no interceptions and a 109.2 passer rating before departing. Kyle Orton had mop-up duty just as he did last season in a blowout loss to the Bears.

"You always want to get going, and we didn't. That's what it is," Bryant said.

Asked why they couldn't get going, Bryant said, "I can't even tell you. I don't think that's a question I can answer."

Bryant has 70 catches for 908 yards and 10 touchdowns this season.
