Jerry is finally taking the rose colored glasses off. I'm more excited about this than actually winning the game. A couple weeks ago I made several posts about our franchise will not be successful until Jerry Jones' passing. Now if Jerry takes off the rose colored glasses and makes changes WHILE being alive I am happy as a clam.

I like Jerry Jones and I hope I did not come across as advocating for him to pass. That was not my intention or my desire. If we win a super bowl with these players in this era (Romo era). I will have a sense of vindication for Romo. Nobody deserves a super bowl victory more than Romo and if Jerry makes changes then Jerry is next in line for who I am most happy about. But I repeat, if he makes changes, meaning holding players, coaches accountable and maybe bringing in some GM help or a real coach. Then I will feel so happy for Jerry cuz if he sacrifices "his way" to win then he deserves it.

Hopefully, we need a coach who offers an advantage on game day

I think he is like most having pros and cons. He hasn't shown himself to be on the path to greatness but perhaps that might be premature for some.

Jerry probably realizes that Jason's record without Romo is below .500. The offense is not performing well and it lacks creativity. That suppose to be a strength of Jason's coaching ability and apparently it's not. Also, Jason's game management is below average.

I would not be surprise that Stephan Jones is in his fathers ear about Garrett.

JG has never had great game management skills and JJ has given him rope to grow into the job.

I remember several games where JJ and SJ were seen freaking out in the ower's booth saying TIME OUT. TIME OUT!

sounds like JJ has realized this division is ripe for the taking and JG has not stepped up at all. If I had to guess, I would say Linehan is more of a target than JG fresh off a new fat contract.

One would hope that with coordinators on both sides of the ball, the head coach would have time to refine all his skills.
