Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick said both sides are to blame in the Miami Dolphins’ hazing controversy.
“You’ve got to put some fault on both ways,” he said. “As a man, when you come in to work, you have to stand up for yourself at some point. This is a different kind of place to be, this is a different kind of atmosphere to work in. And I think as a man, you come in here, and you kind of earn your respect. Nothing should be given to you.”
Not every Cowboys player wanted to give an opinion.
“I just want to stay away from that,” defensive end Jason Hatcher said. “It’s unfortunate for the NFL, what we stand for as players. No comment on that. It’s not a good situation.”
