This. The core of the team is still solid. A new HC and a good offseason with hopefully a high draft position could really go a long way to righting this sinking ship (which, make no mistake, is the Titanic with the Stooge as HC).

Next year when we're not picked to do anything the Cowboys will surprise. It's a process people. Players have to play for 60 minutes. They can only do that in even number years.
