Stafford TD Sneak - Finally Justice served

I for one was very pleased we blew them out, as this isn't the first time Stafford has done something to us at the goal line. Seem to recall he pulled off another TD in the past by tricking us.

Nice to see our D shut him down, and put the L on him/Lions.

Oldtimer here, was recalling a game before that one..... Also the Lions ( minus stafford) annihilated our 90's team in a playoff game so any win against them to me if a

I had no issue with the Stafford TD. I think it was the right call. As far as I remember it anyway.
will look at it again later.
What I had an issue with was the refs waiting to call it. But refs have done that before in other games with other teams besides us.

If they said he was stopped, then a challenge / review would have reversed it most likely. The whistle was not blown. Also which I noticed this year on many games. The refs have been letting a lot of these types plays, even at midfield go. They wait to blow the whistle for forward progress to say he was actually stopped. Any sort of movement by the runner, they been letting go. As to where in the past, they had a quick whistle.

Agree. If we hadn't found Dak, I'd liked the Cowboys to have made a move for Stafford. Genuine NFL franchise QB.
