Please let it be so. Getting him in the third to groom behind Romo would be highway robbery.

Everyone would be happy.

Cowboy fans would be thrilled with him because he is one hell of a football player, and non-Cowboy fans would be happy because Johnny is the one QB they could hate more than Tony.

Genius.

Or the Cowboys could draft Manziel and sign Tebow.

Imagine having 3 of the most talked-about quarterbacks in football - Romo, Manziel and Tebow - all on the same roster.

The media wouldn't even know what to say or write.

Anyway. I shoulda said a repuatble draft report. Not some no name college coach... twice.
Time will tell but its obvious that his stock has fallen and there are several QBs that are playing on his level. I hope the kid has a nice career as long as it isnt against Dallas.

I don't know ... how are the Rams fairing so far with all those picks ???

Yeah. Exactly right. I think the Rams were stupid to trade the pick away. RGIII is better than Bradford and costs much less for the first 3-5 years. Bradford is hurt now and the Rams are looking at drafting early in the 2014 draft and looking at a QB again.

I doubt they go QB. Bradford is a top 12-14 QB and if they surround him with the right guys he can bring them to the promised land, ala Joe Flacco.

If they end up with the #1 pick they won't be looking to draft Bridgewater, they'll be selling to the highest bidder and they'll easily reap in 3-4 1st rounders and 3-4 2nd rounders. This is not something we want.

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever will I root for the New York Giants. Ever.

If they win this week and we lose they are only two games back and still get to play us once at home. Tell me again why I should count them out and root for them because they are still a threat.

Who are they playing? Eagles thats why. Now break out your abacus and do the math on the division standings.

I know they are playing Philly and I'm not talking specifically about this week. The OP was advocating rooting for them going forward to keep them from having a good draft pick.. I'm not willing to do that

In the NFC, maybe.

lol I dont think Bradford is that bad. Ive only watched two complete games of his this year but he seems like a solid guy in the pocket. One of those games was against us and there were so many passes that were dropped. I watched him nail the recievers midstride more than once and the ball would get dropped. Not to mention getting sacked like David Carr.

Hell no. I dont care if they do get the draft pick. Id much perfer them draft around the 5 spot or so. Id rather see them draft Bridgewater than Clowney.

Umm head coaches? and a NBC football analyst?

Jim Mora said that Hundley would "rip up the NFL."

These guys are just praising the player not grading them. They haven't looked at every throw and studied them.

The success of their season isn't going to hinge on any person rooting for them. I hope they don't have a top 5 pick but I'm not going to waste energy hoping they'll win. I don't care for that team at all and if they get blown out every week I'll smile.

fell off my chair laughing at the idea of any QB in the coming draft netting 3 First rd picks in a trade

Teddy Bridgwater, right now, is the second-best quarterback I've scouted, ahead of RGIII, Matthew Stafford, Sam Bradford, Philip Rivers, Eli Manning and Aaron Rodgers. Of course, we're talking about him as a draft prospect, so there are no guarantees, but his pre-draft grade is at an elite level.

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...riota-comparing-the-top-qbs-in-2014-nfl-draft

teddy is one of the few college qb's who actively runs the offense, makes reads and calls and adjustments. This is because Charlie Strong is a defense minded coach. This is another one of the assets that teddy has that most dont and what makes him worth having.

I think you are underestimating the ineptitude and patheticness of the Bucs and Jags .. They are in a tight race for 1st and 2nd pick

With Mariota, Brett Hundley, Tajh Boyd, Manziel and even Carr. The class isnt bad and there doesnt seem to be one that stands out among the others.

Im pretty sure Hundley will stay in college, he has sucked lately and his stock went down. I dont think Boyd is worth of a 1st round pick, let alone a high one and Manziel is a huge gambler that i wouldnt draft.
Some desperate team will get one of those, but i doubt they will be any good.
