Totally get your argument but if they were going to do that they had to go back to last year not sign Lamb, Which would mean you didn't need to sign Prescott ,you let Prescott walk ,you trade Lamb ,you trade diggs, you trade Parsons, you trade Smith ,And then you start from scratch and you blow it all up but once you make those moves now you got to sign them all you have that small window open and that's what you're hoping for to do something inside that window And Parsons would be a big part of that..

He realized all the moves that have been made since last year's offseason and now this year's offseason they signed Ferguson they signed OSA and You trade for Pickens ... It it's now imperative that you get Parsons back on this team..IMHO.

Weve Already been through all this argument about getting draft capital and how that would be better for the Cowboys and what not but that would be if those draft picks worked out if you can't find another Parsons and you end up with another Taco or another Mazi or an average player like Schoonmaker or something like that I mean you don't know how those draft picks would help your team..

Parsons will neither make nor break a defense

we learned that with Ware

a great HOF player but without the rest of the team it meant nothing

He had to, in the twilight of his great career, go to Denver where he WAS surrounded by a real team and won a ring.
And his series to end the AFC Championship game where he terrorized Brady showed WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED HERE if not for the Cowboys Clown show Front Office

Why Was that bad ??!!!! I did say allegedly, because it's always debatable, they say he's better in the run game,
he's technically an outside linebacker playing like Demarcus Ware did and he plays the run and the pass very well, that's what I meant..

So I don't know what you're talking about i'm actually pro parsons ,I don't even know what this is I don't know what your response even means your response is playing bad mine had room for debate in it I didn't say TJ Watt was better, i'm saying what people say about him allegedly he's better miles Gary is bigger and stronger but they both have Defensive Player of the Year awards they both have led the league in sacks and they have been regarded as better players as far as all around playing the run and the pass and they have a better resume at this point..​

By the way I realize he's older, but Trey Hendrickson's had a great career he had 17 1/2 sacks last year, he settled for playing on a one year $30 million deal ,so why don't you take that stuff it in your hat...

Not saying the man shouldn't get everything he asks for, Telling you right now sometimes you're asking for too much you're overvaluing yourself and then here we are you're sitting here in a holdout or hold in because of your ego and your agents ego so maybe he should reevaluate what he's asking for and come to the middle and let's get the deal done...

blaming even a QB for playoff losses by themselves is usually a HUGE REACH but to blame a OLB or DE for one is beyond dumb

It's not what I did i'm saying that even a player that is considered elite at his position is not gonna carry a team just like Prescott on offense you can blame one player or not I blame teams I blame coaches There's five or six plays in every game and moments that you can go back to and realize why you lost those close games and you can break down in receptions and whatever you want to do it's a team game I never blame TJ Watt for the playoff losses I was merely citing the fact that even as great as he's considered he's not putting them over the top because it is a team game but you still need players like him on your team to even have a chance to get to the playoffs and have a chance in those games...

It's really easy to take players out like Parsons and Watt when there's nobody else to take advantage of it if they're getting all the attention and even if they're getting pressures being doubled and tripled somebody else should be really dominating on that defense and making a difference and when they're not that's why it's a team loss..

Was merely stating that even him as great as people see him he has not helped put Pittsburgh over the top and it's not all his fault was the last time they had a great quarterback or even a good one they haven't had any quarterback even on Prescott level their offense has been bad even Harris the running back very average not better than Rico..

Like I said I'm on both sides of this i'm pro Parsons but I also see that he shouldn't be pressing to be the highest paid non quarterback in the league there's a middle ground here but we still need the guy I understand why Jerry's being stubborn about this because he also sees that he's willing to pay his worth but he's not willing to deal with a bad agent that's giving him a headache and asking for the world and won't NE negotiate in the middle of the table instead of just saying this is what we want and that's that..

Again, I'm just trying to debate both sides of this but anyone who says he doesn't make our team better is ridiculous...

This is the last time saying about this but here's a good example when a guy like Tank comes in and tells everybody how they just were tired and that's why they couldn't stop Green Bay how you be tired in your first series but this is what the rest of the defense is bringing when Parsons is over there getting doubled and tripled... You remember that corner we had or was he a safety came in and said I can't play a 100 percent all the time it's not possible yeah that is what Parsons has been dealing with...

We need a better team to take advantage of Parsons getting all that attention... Other teams have seen fit to pay their guys and they're not winning big lately either so that part you're wrong about we need to try to keep him..

Hate to say it but if I’m being as completely objective as I can be, this team has major holes in its roster. The DT and RB positions are full of below average players in areas where we knew going into the season were problems.

We are not only not better at those positions, we maybe searching trades and the waiver wire before the opening night in Philly.

I will happily be wrong if this team is more than I see. But I can’t pretend we are something we aren’t.

I'm just hoping Flus is a better defensive coordinator than Dan Quinn was and the previous ones. His scheme will be key.

I'm guessing Mazi gets the first crack at 1T, but Flus won't hesitate to pair Osa with Clark.

At Edges, I am hoping for Kneeland and Sam Williams. Eazy E gonna get a lot of snaps as a rookie and we can't forget about Fowler.
