Staying with Wade, yet another dumb move by Jerra.

Here is a link on how Wade plans on changing his approach. I am not sure if this has already been posted or not. But, if you have not read this link yet, pay particular attention to how Brady James reacted to Wade's "new approach". If James reacted that way, you can pretty well bet the rest of the team is thinking the same way.

What was needed was a strong minded, take no crap kind of coach. Not more of Captain Cupcake. I think James comments in this article are all that needs to be said. So, look for more garbage football next year. Thanks for already ruining the 2009 season Jerra.

Yeah its pretty clear from Bradie James' reaction that Wade atempting to reinvent himself as a drill instructor or taskmaster is going to go over about as well as a lead balloon.

Wade's "new approach" is almost as funny as if for some reason Brad Johnson said with his new approach, he should have no problem going to the Colts and taking Peyton Manning's job away from him.

The players will laugh at Wade's new approach and none of them will take him seriously. They will be like, uhh yeah, whatev.
