Possibly. Irving and DLaw are both FA's next year. If Irving was a UFA this year, he already would have gotten a big contract from some one else. If Dlaw goes back to '15 DLaw he will get a big contract. I think Crawford is solid, but not worth his contract and cutting him would start to save us money next year, so it entirely possible that one or two of them are not here next year, I think that helps explain the Taco pick.

As to Lawrence, I think many fans on site, have painted themselves into a corner about him. I'll just watch how it develops up.

Not really. Like I told @BoysfanfromNY last year we went into the draft in the same position. Only difference is Carr is now Carrol and Mo is now Brown, and we didn't take a cb until round 6. I think Carroll=Carr and Brown is already better than Mo. so I don't think we need a corner round 2.

Agreed. Taco, Collins, Irving, Tapper and Lawrence if nothing else are young, talented, athletic and have a chance to develop. That's a good start to the DL overhaul.
