yes Lael is their "value" pick, that they got for peanuts, he was highly touted, so they will want him to do good,
so that they look smart in getting him, so he will play at the position he is likely to do the best at, and that is LG.

They will find someone else for the RT spot.

Hey, that's fine. I don't think that's in doubt either. But he agrees with me and feels that Collins is ultimately the better option. We both disagree with the team on this one. And consider this, these are the same people that tried to talk Doug Free into sticking around.

Free was ready to retire, I think they just loved the guy and his leadership more than some of us.

We both agree on that one completely, I hope someone will emerge at RT and lock it down, time will tell this story in terms of who that shall be!

Leadership without performance is meaningless. This over rich franchise values comfort over wins since Jimmy left.

if we had as much 'leadership' as the Front Office and lemmings claim we would have won a SB in the last few years.
