Stephen: We're never not serious every day about making our team better

As long as the Dallas FO doesn't have to actually pay the current value for what they want, they are willing to consider all comers. Trouble is the players worth getting aren't willing to serve those who won't pay the current value.

It's a shame that the Cowboys' FO falls into that trap. They just won't accept the fact that it's their own fault for having a team that falls short of success. Overinflated egos are subject to that mistake.

The trade deadline is the trade deadline, until that point, you’re always looking for ways to improve yourself and you can do that up until the trade deadline. And as I said, we’re always very serious about looking at any way to make our team better.”

You know what other similar business never stops adding talent? The circus.

Ok since they are being serious who could they seriously get that could seriously change this def?
There are three notable edges possibly market. Hendrickson, Thibodaux and Jermaine Johnson. Hendrickson and Thibodaux probably cost a 1st

Jeffery Simmons has been rumored to be on the market too and he will probably cost a 1st.

They never stop never stopping. These guys have mastered the language of hilly billy drunk word salad tossers.

Mingo, Murray, Elam. Massive trades!

Don’t you know how bad we would be without these 3 elite trades???

2 are probably the worst in the nfl at their positions and the other has been out produced in one game by a 6th rounder than he’s done his entire stint here

Can't even be serious about evaluating current talent or handing out ridiculous contracts to the undeserving. A serious franchise would have hired real football people 30 years ago. Wouldn't have kept a sub par coach for 10 years or hired a retread coach who was out of work. Helen Keller and Ray Charles could assemble a better franchise.
