What year is it?
1776.
What year is it?
Well Im basing my judgement on what I Dallas doing with the Safety position. So far they've been trying to fill that position with projects from small schools. Wilcox is gifted athletically and seems to be cut from the same cloth as all the other safeties we drafted. Thats why I always thought that we should have picked Barron over Mo. This system needs a true ball hawking safety badly not projects.
For every route Samuel has jumped and picked triple have gone for long tds
Actually, I wanted Barron also. When they traded up though I was a bit upset, as I thought they were going after Barron, but why trade up for him. But then they picked Mo. I was ok with that after I thought about it. But still gave up too much. I preferred they would not have traded.
Now hindsight to now, the thought was right. But I can't complain, as no one knew, at the time it was a wait and see thing.
Mo may be back to finish out his contract next year, but it may be in a supporting role.
I'd like to see those stats please.
Wilcox scares me too. We need to find an All-Pro safety pretty soon. That would be huge on this team.
Wonder why we didn't go after Jarius Byrd ?

I can tell you just from living in Philly and seeing how many times double moves got him gamblers are always picking balls or getting toasted see Janoris Jenkins vs us last week I would much rather have someone like Oscan who will get 2-3 picks this year and give up 5 or less tds
Sterling Moore has a real future in Dallas
Sterling Moore is better than Claiborne. He covered Jimmy Freakin' Graham pretty darn well. Two pass breakups.
It's so refreshing to see young talented players come into a system and flourish. This guy has a real future in Dallas. When he stepped into an elevated role last night, the defense actually got better. His awareness and style reminds me of a Kevin Smith type out there. Very dangerous because his fundamentals are solidly coupled with great area awareness.
Much credit should go the the coordinators for the new level of consistency that's on display early this year. Marinelli really has that defense counting on each other and utilizing an element of trust previously undiscovered. Guys on the defense appear to be foregoing personal for team. Man. That gets me so amped!
Love that Sterling Moore!!!
He sure does, if Claiborne is out for the year, he's steps in as our number 3, and let's hope Patmon is ready.

I'd love to see Asante Samuel get a shot. That guy jumps routes like it's nobody's business. I'd even slide Moore to FS. Imagine Scan and Samuel both jumping routes. It does wonders!!!! Either way, proud of everyone.
