I think moore maybe at that point in his career that he realizes that as of right now he is a journeyman and he just has to bring it otherwise he will just lose out to players that teams have much more "invested". Certain players that scenario can cause them to relax and allow the natural talent to flow.

No he's not. If we have learned anything it is that JG plays the best man. Nevermind that he's coaching for his job. We saw it last year when they cut Allen to hand the job to an untested rookie who was outperforming him.

And I laugh at the whole demotion talk of Mo. This happened a long time ago. Orlando was consistently opposite Carr when the other team went two wide. He was the starter. So another example of JG playing the best man.

If Moore or Patmon had been outperforming Mo everyday when we don't see these players practice they'd be getting reps.

Losing Mo is a loss. Anyone who says otherwise just really wants to hang him and Jerry and be "right."

No agenda here. I've been a pretty big supporter of Mo. But Moore is better right now.

Claiborne may be better in practice. He may consistently have his assignment correct more so than Moore. But Moore is better in games right now, and that's more important to me.

He's a better tackler, he's more physical and better in coverage when he's got the assignment right, and he doesn't get busted for the same 'why did you do that?' penalties. His passer rating against is 40 points lower, he's got a better completion percentage against, and though it doesn't really matter...he's the 3rd highest graded CB by PFF.

Even in practice from training camp footage Mo was "great" due to lack of referees, physical, but hanging all over the wrs. Hes a PI waiting to happen with the ball in the air...

I like what I saw from Moore, but let's see how he holds out over the course of a few games before crowning him. One thing he brings that I like is that he isn't afraid of contact.

There's no proof of that.

Happened earlier this season. History is usually the best indicator. I wish Mo all the best. Seems like a good guy just not remotely up to par for what was invested. On play he got hurt what was he doing? Guessing it was zone but he put himself in position to get run over. That was bad awareness. Bad awareness/position got him hurt imo. Carr at times doesn't look so hot either.

This kid has been around for a while. Always making plays, yet somehow getting cut for players who are worse than he is. I think finally he has had the opportunity to shine. The guy is a playmaker and it shows.

What makes Moore good is his tenacity and ability to not only cover but to actually play the ball!

To think we actually waived this guy at one time -- go figure, huh? Well, at least, we got him back. Good for us.

Based on how the Pats played last night I'm sure their fans are saying the same thing. How did we let him go. lol

At least we weren't the only ones to make that mistake, huh? Methinks we owe NE a tip of the hat for the favor.

We agree they aren't the same team as last year. Last year they were 26th in time of possession and this year 4th so far. Obviously due to running game. If they aren't same team why should we have gotten whooped? Those big boys have been keeping the defense more fresh than ever.
