I'm for giving any HC the time to do the job, if Dallas hired Shanahan I would give him more than 2 years to do the job as well. I'm funny that way I tend to give a HC a real chance not this caving into knee jerk reactionary fans. I don't have a crystal ball I don't know if the Cowboys will post another 9-7 season or a 13-3 season but I think HC when hired should be given ample time to get the job done.

In Wade's case, he was given the keys to a brand new cadillac, and he wrecked it.


It's not like he took over a team that went 5-11 three straight seasons.


Wade sucks as a head coach. Period.

This is so true. You can't even compare the situations in Denver & Dallas. We have so much more talent. You are 100% correct, Wade wrecked the Caddy and Jerry is going to patch it up and let him drive it into another tree. Doesn't make sense to me .... but then again I'm just a stupid fan.

You are right he took over a 9-7 and has been 13-3 and 9-7 in 2 years.
