Looks like the Lambs are getting ready to mail the season in. This is really freaking sad that in week 4 you gotta give a pep talk to the team......

And what is worst is only a few appaluded while the rest apparently sat on their hands, ***???

If that is not the biggest "No confidenece vote", I dont know what is.
