The lone holding call was against an Atlanta wide receiver in garbage time, so the streak of no holding calls against opposing offensive lineman continues. This is ridiculous.
It is ridiculous but pretty much expected. The lone holding call was against an Atlanta wide receiver in garbage time, so the streak of no holding calls against opposing offensive lineman continues. This is ridiculous.

How many quarters are we up to now?
I'm pretty sure there's a team out there with a longer streak if we are able to pick and choose which holding calls actually count.
FWIW, this meme of stat is 100% skepticism. Nobody actually knows what is "typical". Nobody actually knows what the record for most games without an opposing holding call is, and nobody even knows what should be expected.
It's fair to point out there is no context. It is not fair to just make up crap and insert it for context. I know you have no idea if there is or is not a team out there with a longer streak.
I don't. Then again, I'm not claiming an unknown is proof of some conspiracy against Dallas.

It sounds bad, but nobody can even say where 24 games would rank over the past 5, 10, 15 seasons. Can't even compare it to anything other than what people believe is the norm.
17Does anyone know how many holding call WE have had in the last 24 quarters?
That's really hard to ignore quite frankly.17
17 to zero.

It is for any aspect of the game. That's really hard to ignore quite frankly.
