had we not got obliterated by New Orleans I could understand this logic, but we had a chance to take care of this ourselves, IN OUR STADIUM, and didnt...and we failed in miserable fashion, it wasnt like it was some flukey or controversial loss...we got humuliated

if we dont get the 2nd seed, we have nobody to blame but our own team

We're already in the playoffs, so yours is a moot point. However, you get what you deserve in the NFL, and we won't get the #2 seed because we dont deserve it. We had New Orleans, at home, without two of their best players, and still got HAMMERED.

The similarity to the Saints @ Cowboys game was strange though...

Home team scores on a big play early....then fades away there after.

Whether we play in WC or not, I have a feeling that if we wanna make the SB, it's gonna have to w/ a win over the Saints somehow..

The Cowboys don't deserve the number two seed because of the horrible performance against the Saints at home. They had a chance to take care of their business and failed awfully.

And the Steelers didn't deserve to win the Super Bowl because they couldn't even win their division? Quit complaining about a freaking loss people and route for your team and route against the teams they need to lose to get a better position. This team is 6-2 with Romo as a starter, we lost a flukey game and the other had our butts handed to us, so what? We don't "deserve" a bye because a team beat us? Then any team that has ever lost doesn't deserve a Super Bowl victory? I guess the Dolphins are the only team with a legit Lombardi Trophy because they're the only team that never got beat during the season? Playoff position, Super Bowls, it doesn't matter it's all the same! All you can do is play your games. If we win out and they lose to Carolina some how then, we deserve the bye because of the better record it's that freaking simple!!!!!!

The Saints kicked our butts..... Not the first team that a team's got beat. We beat both the packer and patriots the year they played in the Super bowl? So the Cowboys were more "deserving" right? I don't care, if we win out and the Saints lose next week.... I don't give a crap I'll take the first round bye and enjoy it. So what if we didn't "deserve" it. I didn't see the Patriots giving their lombardi trophy to the Raiders after the "tuck rule".

Enjoy the team and route for them, be a fan ******.
