He is not worth $15 million a season based on his current body of work in my opinion.In fairness he probably played out of position in two of those years and the other was his rookie season.
There’s no denying he was one of the better CBs in football last year.
They lump him in just because he is a good player and his contract is winding down, but that doesn’t mean people are putting the same importance on signing him as they would Lawrence or Zeke for example.
They seem to have no regard for their dead cap this year either. It's over 36 million now. So yeah, they do appear to be cleaning house and ready to tank.
This is the exact type of player to walk away fromHe is a good player, no doubt about that, but you dont pay good players $15 million a season...……..that is all-pro, top 5 money.
B. Jones is not to that level yet in my opinion.
