Words are tough to come by when talking about this kid. He has now been on public display for about six weeks and we are still waiting for him to show us he can't handle any of this.

He is a rookie.

He is a QB.

Good stuff!

His closing statements
level-headed

"I want to entertain the idea that the Cowboys have found a QB worth talking about to consider the future after Romo.

There are no guarantees where this journey leads, but I feel like I have seen the future, and it is worth being excited about. Don't be self-loathing. It is ok to dream that you have found the next guy.

I'm not saying he is Russell Wilson, I swear. But, he has a chance to be very good, it appears. And that is the #1 reason why you should be smiling today."

and reminder in the middle
"Look, Prescott has a long, long ways to go. "

No, he wouldn't go higher than all other quarterbacks. Wentz would still go in front of him as would Goff. Quarterbacks aren't judge just on their first few games but their future potential.

As good as Dak is playing, we still don't know his future potential or ceiling. And he IS playing behind arguably the best offensive line in the league.

Not taking away anything from his play, but it's too early to be making such statements.

Hey Bob, did you catch Deion and LaDanian last night on NFLN? They were asked when Romo gets healthy will he get his job back? Both with no hesitation said..."No" do you buy into that?

Use new incognito/private window (found in your menu at the top corner -- probably right side) or get a disable cookies extension for your browser.

Golden. Incognito it is. Thanks so much for this, don't know why it never dawned on me.

Haven't heard Wade Wilson's name in a while.

The whole coaching staff sure has surprised the crap outta me with their coaching abilities with Dak. Dak deserves credit for making the plays, but the staff deserves a ton of credit too. I was one who thought Wade wasn't worth a damn.

Teams have a lot of film on him now, and the playbook still isn't fully at Dak's disposal. That play-action roll-out is going to start getting covered on the back side, and they're going to do more on Beasley.

He'll adjust fine, but he needs more time. Romo told Jerry he'd "raise" him a quarterback if he brought him a good one, and it looks like they have. Romo could turn Dak into a monster quickly with film study after games to explain his checks and reads. Dak will get it one day, and look out when he does.

His pocket awareness is better than I thought. He has made some nice throws to wide open WR's. He has had a clean pocket to throw from, minus Doug Free's 2-3 missed assignments per game.

The Read Option is a nice way to shake up teams. Good play calls and drive starters out of that formation yesterday. Good scrambling ability on the TD.

The Anointing Oil is still on the shelf.

I'm sorry, I did not articulate that correctly. I will not pay that amount. I do not take content that is pay per view without paying. But that is too pricey for me.

I do not download music or films for free. I pay for the content I use. Someone is paid to produce that content. If they came into my work place and asked me to work for free, or stole my work, I would be pretty steamed.

The DMN set this at a price point I will not pay. Love Sturm's work, but I cannot justify that price.

It's an ethics thing for me.One of the downsides to the internet is people can take things which don't belong to them. I refuse to do that.

So when is the best offensive line in the league going to play like it? In the first 2 games he wasn't playing behind the best o-line.
