Jeff Sullivan is a bit of an optimist every year so I'm not surprised at his 12 win prediction. He also says Bruce Carter will show what a beast he is this year and make the Pro Bowl. I hope he's right about that one. He's also quite high on Jason Hatcher.

Yep. Parity is a witch. ALL teams are designed to be 8-8. In the age of parity, 12 wins only/usually comes from the truly elite teams.
