Has anyone else noticed the date and the team? And the historical context of the game? bbgun's Zapruder joke made me think of it. Probably just a coincidence that we play that team on that day, but I sure wish we were playing on Monday night against any other team. The announcers will have to mention it 10-15 times during the telecast.

I just find it highly ironic the schedulers picked that date and time. Even 20 years later when I was in the service, when I said I was a Cowboys fans, people would talk about that day. I guess since I grew up with it being brought up any time I mentioned the Cowboys, I just hate it that we play them that day.

The Kennedy murder by Oswald et al is ancient history, most people will not even remember it was on that day.
