Sunday Will Be Ugly

The Cowboys are a toxic landfill right now and roll into DC on Sunday to be served what I think will be an thorough beat down.

Dalton must be a little uneasy thinking about that front in Washington and how different his "Great Wall" looks now from when he signed. He is who most of thought he was, just another guy who could hopefully help Dak and stay on the sideline. Oh well.

Football Team (edit) will run the ball 30 times Sunday and whatever scrub QB the "Football Team" trots out there will look like Slinging Sammy Baugh hitting some big plays off play action go routes.

27-0 folks. That is all.
How was it put in Apollo 13? I think this will be our finest our. Zeke will not fumble again this year.

Hope we lose by 50. The only thing that might endorse a meaningful change is to send a message of humiliation and embarrassment to the FO at the FO in their faces.

Meaningful change? All we have seen is change, yet we get the same result. Anyone who is paying attention knows this is a systemic problem within the organization. It starts with JJ and trickles down to the management, scouts, trainers, coaches and players. There was a great story a few years back about our training staff and how they lacked understanding of modern therapeutic techniques...and there was a correlation to the number of hamstring injuries over the years. That is the kind of stuff where Jerry is way behind. For years there has been talk about the antiquated scouting techniques as well. This team has lots of problems, much more than what players and coaches are doing.

I think this team reaches down deep and shocks us all. Dlaw will get 2 sacks, Jaylon will be all over the field and Zeke goes ham, while Dalton chips in for nearly 300 of his own. Our wrs just do what they do.

Not really, its just bait.
can my heart take this!?

None of the Washington players dare screw with Ron Rivera. He's a guy who would trashcan you to a division rival just so he could watch his guys physically abuse you twice a year.
Meanwhile Uncle Jerry's providing a salad bowl of green M&Ms and a kitten at halftime. And sending people to trim the three blades of Astroturf that keeps tripping the defense while a crew is adjusting the stadium lights that hurt their eyes.

The Washington Defense is pretty good, especially their defensive line. So the offense is going to be in trouble if the O-Line can't protect Dalton. Because of Dalton being of a more pocket passer and less mobile than Dak, he won't be able to extend plays and Kellen Moore won't be able to call as many RPO plays.

The Cowboys haven’t held anyone to less than 34 points since week one, and Washington’s offense is at least as good as the Giants’.

Cowboys 10
Football Team 34

Agree with the OP. The Cowboys would be better off rolling out some tackling dummies for an offensive line than what they have right now. The FTSkins DL is their biggest strength. I'll be shocked if Dalton makes it out alive.

Lol. I just noticed you avatar and it make sense, Mr Schwaggens!

but on the real I don’t see this team getting blowed out again this week. If they do I think the players pay the price this tim and then the transformation into the browns will be complete.

"Meaningful Change" meaning change at the very top.

They won't be able to score points, though. The only way we win is either:
A. This defense goes bananas and we win it with something like 12-9
or
B. The God of Turnovers finally smiles upon us and grant us a few short fields (mostly FGs, but might get lucky with a TD). 16-10

Couldn't agree more, Rivera's players have always loved him.

The similarity of the what the HC's are going through is uncanny in one of the best "used to be" rivalries in the history of the NFL. One coach is fighting for his life against an unseen enemy and the other is fighting for his career against an unseen enemy.

The Skins players knew their HC was in getting an IV at halftime and awarded him the game ball after their only victory.

Some of the Cowboys players are questioning what McC is even doing at halftime.

Biggie, this is going to be a first rate example of when the going gets tough. I've seen too many of the Cowboys teams in the past fold when that happened. And this one shows all those signs, especially with their leader out.

No doubt. I don't see the Cowboys responding positively to what's been going on here after the mess on Monday night. Things will get uglier as the losses pile up while the D looks befuddled yet again. When that's happening against sub par offenses, you know the crap will hit the fan... it's only going to get worse. You think Jerry's in a bad mood now, he's in for a really tough year.
