My over /under is 2 years.

If we haven’t made a Super Bowl in 2 years he’s toast.

If we miss playoffs again could be one and done.

What you seen from this owner that leads you to believe he'll making a coaching change in two years?

Jerry’s going to have a very short leash from here on out.

Bringing in a SB veteran HC there’s no time for training. The future is now.

He gets 2 years with a grumble. 3 with split 50/50 and 4 on a prayer. This coach will be a legend or out.

Had McCarthy had this healthy of a roster in his tenure we would be playing next Sunday. He beat us with a one legged Rogers, and has always had teams with Goldie Lochs out, DB’s off the streets, and RB’s off the couch. But still won. Rogers is a beast no doubt, but it’s a team game.

Depends on post season success. Winning in January always gets you a longer leash.

Until Jerral Wayne cans him ... and that's his business as well as prerogative.

Disagree with this. If we don’t make a Super Bowl AND fail to make the playoffs or show the team is building into something, then maybe he would be axed, but it’s not Super Bowl or bust in 2 years regardless of any other factor.

Jerry thinks he’s built a championship caliber team. He expects to win now. And win big. This wasn’t a hire for the future.

If you look at history Jerry has a short leash for head coaches unless they're his unborn son. 4 years is usually the most. Heck even Campo got 3 years, which was a terrible time period for Cowboys football.

Super bowl of bust might not be the correct phrase.

Hypothetically the cowboys make it to an nfc championship game in year 2 and lose a close one. You think he is out? No way.

I say he has 3 years to make a conference title game or he is toast.

Right. That’s why we’re having a coaching change.

Same rules apply. Question is ?? How long does Mike get.

We made a coaching change because we thought we should have been playing for a championship this year.

Why would Mike get 3 years?

I don’t disagree that he wants to win now, but he’s not an idiot that doesn’t understand winning the Super Bowl isn’t that simple. If he sees progress and a certain level of success he isn’t going to scrap it and start over after only 2 years.
