Pro Football Weekly has a list of Supplemental Draft candidates, who are mostly guys that were declared ineligible for the '09 season.

***
Texas Tech defensive end McKinner Dixon and Kansas State wide receiver Deon Murphy will enter the supplemental draft.

DD.Comment: Scouts had McKinner Dixon rated as a priority free agent heading into his senior season. It will be interesting to see if he can set up a workout in hopes of impressing N.F.L. teams by next Thursday....We have no solid info on Deon Murphy, so we have to assume he will not be drafted next week, unless he can somehow wow scouts in a private workout in the next five days. His name has already been removed from the Wildcats roster over at www.kstatesports.com, so it's safe to say he is, in fact, leaving the school....We do know, however, that fellow Kansas State wide receiver Brandon Banks ran a blistering 4.27 at his pro day. Banks was given a draftable projection, despite his glaring lack of ideal size -- 5' 7", 151.

The NFL announced Tuesday evening that two more players will be eligible for selection in the supplemental draft, increasing the total number of potential draftees to eight.

Texas Tech DE McKinner Dixon and Tennessee DB Demetrice Morley will now join the other eligible players for the draft, which will be conducted at 1 p.m. ET on July 16.

Kentucky DE Jeremy Jarmon is likely to be drafted no later than the third round. Kansas State WR-RS Deon Murphy could be a late-round pick. The other six players — Western Kentucky LB Blake Boyd, Dixon, Southern Mississippi WR Torris Magee, Central Michigan OG-OT Joe McMahon, Morley and Florida State WR Corey Surrency — are unlikely to be drafted.

I highly doubt Dallas is going to participate in the Supplemental Draft. The players available do not fit the team needs.

My untrained NFL scouting eye tells me Murphy isn't anything special.

I don't think we'll do anything here; we already have Buehler taking up a roster spot so I don't think we have anymore room for "just" a returner. Whoever our returner will be will have to be able to contribute in other ways...

I don't think we will either. We'll save our picks for next year, plus there is nothing available that we really need.

Mckinner is a waste. Got "indefinitely suspended" this offseason because he refused to go to class, or follow basic team rules. He's also pretty much thug life. I'm glad we have no need for him
