Looney has a high probability of making the team (Near 100% IMO). They've had Cooper practice at Center but he's had too many injuries to count on him as the only backup Center.
Swing-Tackle is complicated with Green practicing at OG. I think Green is the best backup OT of the group. I guess if it looks like Cooper is going to win the starting LG job that Green will likely start taking some practice reps at OT if he's not already.
Bell can also play OT.
They'll likely keep 8 or 9 OL.

I bet Green starts at LG if he's healthy. He's actually shown better on tape than Cooper. Bell could be on the bubble without injuries, but I only see him getting cut if they need to go long at a couple of other areas like DL, DB, WR and/or TE.
