What are your thoughts on both returning in 2007?

I don't think Parcells wants T.O. on his team, but I really think he wants to coach Romo another year.

I honestly don't think either of them are back next year. I could honestly see BP retiring and JJ deciding that TO was not worth what we paid him this year especially with a new coach coming in.

After another disappointing 2007 season, both will leave, and finally, the road blocks (stupid coaches) to the Super Bowl will be gone.

I think if they can win one playoff game, Parcells will be back. However, if we go into the playoffs 9-7 and lose in the first round, Parcells will quit. Jerry won't have to fire him.

I think TO is gone. Jerry realizes what a mistake it was to hire him due to the problems he creates off the field with his media rants. Jerry realizes that to win, you need to be surrounded by positive people. The Eagles look like geniuses for cutting him early last year and essentially removing their tumor before it metastasized.

Jerry Jones will probably give Owens another chance. The reason I'm saying this is b/c Owens will probably say hes been playing with a broken finger all season and has put up good numbers. Of course, he wasnt brought here for good numbers but Great. T.O will be back and will try to redeem himiself with 2 healthy hands.

Bill Parcells' is another story. I think he may be gone after this season. but he too knows hes only a couple of players on defense from beeing legally a legit contender for the playoffs. (get sum pass rush) I'm leaning more towards them staying.

after the 2007 season, Parcells is gone most likely. and Owens will strictly depend on how he does beeing 100% healthy.

Yeah, that was a strange comment. Maybe it was just Jones being frustrated. Or maybe it shows that the "GM by committee" line we've been fed is BS. It was probably more of a frustration thing.

I'm thinking along those lines also. We as fans were as mad as we could be,
I couldn't even begin to think what he felt. Those checks have to be getting hard to write.

If you watched the Philly game you should have heard Madden say when asked by Al Michaels about this question that he (Madden) felt one would be back and one not. He felt Parcells would return due to the excitement created by Romo and that Owens would not be back. Take it for what it's worth but I happen to agree with Madden and hope he's right. One year of the circus is enough for me.

If we are smart we bring back TO and get a new HC and OC mastermind... I was all for bringing Bill back for Romo's sake... but the tradeoff may not pay off... Bill to help groom Romo over Romo to use his weapons to their full potential... I choose the latter

If we are going to play the what if game what if TO hacks off the new HC and he gets tired of TO antics and TO's mouth. This is not far fetched given the fact that other HC have grown tired of it which is why he is now in Dallas.

Personally I'd be happy of the same offensive coaching squad was here next season. They seems to be doing a pretty good job.
