TIDBIT: T.O.'s next stop

There appeared to be only a remote chance that the Eagles would be able to trade receiver Terrell Owens, especially with teams knowing that they were on the hook for $7 million in bonus money payable to Owens starting March 9.

But with multiple teams showing interest in Owens, the likelihood of Philly making a deal has increased. Here's one stumbling block, though. Even though Miami, Denver, Kansas City and Tampa Bay have expressed interest in trading for the 32-year-old receiver, the Cowboys' interest might trump the rest. But the Eagles certainly won't be willing to trade Owens to a division rival. So what would prevent the Eagles from trading Owens to another suitor? Well, Owens essentially controls where he goes, because he won't be willing to report to any team unless he gets a suitable contract offer.

Whatever - keep dreaming though. Dreams are what keeps us going when reality says no chance in hell.

Could you imagine our offense with Bledstud leading it as QB.....Shaun Alexander in the backfield.....TO as Bledstud's #1 receiver....Tglenn and Keyshawn as the complentary receivers...and witten as Tight End....oh my!!

Talk about a juggernaut!

I'd rather get two studs on the O-line. All the fire power in the world won't help if the opposing defensive linement get to Bledsoe before the ball does.

No, I can't imagine this. Nor do I want too!! Signing these 2 players means we didn't sign one single player at a position of dire need. Bledsoe will still be on his back all the time so T.O. will be saying we need Brett Favre at quarterback.
No thanks!!

I can't wait for free agency to just get here already so all of the ridiculous rumors anmd dreams can stop!

Throw in Lecharles Bentley and some Oline Draft Picks.....this offense would be the most dangerous in the league.....but yes at this point its a only a dream.:(

After that farce of a Superbowl I am about an inch away from quitting the NFL all together. The Cowboys are the only thing keeping me interested. If we polute the Cowboys with that POS Owens that would be the last straw. I would have to find another pass time...Hockey anyone?

The teams that showed early interest are now backing out. Herm Edwards came out this week and said that TO is not a good fit in KC. John Elway and Terrel Davis both are saying no way to TO in Denver and they both have a major influence there. Carolina said this week that TO is not a good fit and they will likely pursue Korean Robinson. Both TB and Miami have strong groups of players that oppose his addtion to their roster. But the team that has not officially said anything is Dallas. Jerry is being quiet because of Philly trying to slap him with tampering charges ealier in the season. Time will tell.
