But I want to see him Perform a little more consistant. He drops way to many crucial Passes when the game is on the line...I would actually Like to have Terry glenn back, He was clutch and has ten times better hands then t.O.

I mean dont get me wrong, he's good and makes us better but he needs to do something about those hands..Droped passes like the Washington gameor Bills game this year should be cought by a true "Elite" Wr.

for now I will believe in hIm when I see it.. Untill then I'm not expecting much from him...Hopefully he backs up his big talk and have a game like He did against the bears.

Wake up t.o..:starspin

Terry Glenn wasen't that clutch vs Seattle. Fumbled the ball in the endzone, to give Seattle 2 points, and give them the ball right back. That play right there pretty much sealed our fate.

I'm glad someone remembers that...as opposed to the Romo fumble..which I don't think would have mattered because our defense would have still lost the game in the end...but I still LOVE Terry and think we desperatley need him

This brings up a point I'd like to make.

Against the Skins last year, the long pass was a drop, but the one in the end zone where the DB reached in and knocked it out is not a drop. That was good defense.

Same with Monday night, the pass out in the left flat was a drop, but the 2 pt conversion when the DB ripped the ball away is not a drop. That was good defense, there is a difference.

The last pass that was overturned was not a drop. It is a catch that he and other WR's can make, but when you are falling forward while reaching back and have to go down to your shoelaces to get the ball, it is not a drop if you don't hang on. It would be a great catch to make, and he is capable of doing that sometimes but not always, same as any WR.

There was another pass that I think he dropped in the Bills game but I can't remember which one it was.

It was that 2 yard hitch-honestly, even if he DID make that catch, he would have been tackled for like a 1 yard gain anyways-big WHOOP.

But yeah-honestly, I have no idea why everyone is making such a big deal over his so-called "drops" this season, when alot of those catches were awefully hard to begin with. That last one in the flat was actually kicked out by a defender's knee. I guess it makes for good ratings and heavy discussion on CZ. *shrugs*

I totally forgot about that play. That was such a crucial drop.

TO does drop too many passes its true.

But last year some of the drops werent really drops... some were defended... some were poorly thrown... and yes some were dropped.

This year is no different. Some are drops... some are defended and some are poorly thrown.

Bottom line: TO has to step his game up. While he is an important part of what makes this offense "GO".... he is not making gamechanging plays.

Yes, this was very evident in the Bills games. There were passes he should have caught and there were several that where just bad throws. Of course he got robbed of a 31 yard catch that he was pushed out of bounds.

Yeah... he needs to make the tough catches.

But the push out of bounds was so obvious. His foot came down parallet to the out of bounds line by about 6 inches or a foot and he was clearly moving sideways(from push) not sideways and down from trying to land.

That was a BS call and we would have gained some momentum.

Anyone remember Michael Irvin? This guy never dropped anything, and this is crucial when you're in a tight game. Everything counts. When Romo is having a bad game, and he happens to put one right on the numbers on third down and you drop it, that's not good.

I noticed that after that TO drop that would've set us up for a 40 something yarder the other night, Romo went in other directions for the last 2 passes.

TO is GREAT GREAT GREAT, and I want him on my team 10 times over. When he does catch the ball, he's the most deadly guy after the catch there is. So please TO, just catch it, and good things will happen.

DB's are all over TO also... he is not getting some calls.... Irvin played when DB's hardly touched you... and he pushed off :D

I understand that, i'm just talking about pure catching here.

Witten and Crayton come to mind. Let's put it this way, if Crayton had TOs power and speed, he would be the greatest receiver in history.

Well, lets be truthful about it. He is getting *some* calls like spiking the ball delay of game when he clearly didn't spike it. :laugh2:

Yeah... I was just posting it as I thought it.. things are different.... but catching the ball is still catching the ball.....

TO has gotten better in so many things this last year.... more focused, better teammates etc... he needs to lock it down a little more... it needs to be ALL about football during the season - 100%. I think he is 80-20%.... that 20% still being about TD celebrations and leaving notes... playing with the media... He needs to do all his talking on the field. He is close to 100% for us.... but not yet....
