Actress on some cable show called Reno 911. I've never seen it, but it was supposed to be a comedy.

BTW, Vernon isn't balding.

1) He's got them pulled back.
2) If they are receding, it's because he's twisted them too much to where a few have come off. Some guys feel the need to twist them alot. When they do, it makes them too thin. Basically, it's a matter of the hair growing back and him not twisting them too much when their too thin.
