pretty crazy how fast stuff spreads and gets different conspiracies attached to it, especially when its all a big to do about nothing!

Interesting that this is all over other boards but in the grand scheme of things it means exactly zero in terms of the draft. I'm pretty sure everyone knows by now what positions Dallas is most likely looking at and the other teams are going to draft based on their own needs, not what Dallas might need. Unless, of course, they draft after us and are looking for the same thing, but again, that doesn't change much in terms of the actual draft plans of anyone.

if a team that is good at drafting foriegn players dallas mavs or spurs have a player they are targeting.. a team might snatch it based on their drafting record

A poster on the NFL Draft countdown boards posted some screenshots of a news report done at the Cowboys headquarters.

I would love to get Wade Phillips in a poker game one day. Chances are at some point he'd show all his cards...

From what I can see they have the DBs ranked

That's about all I can make out. They also have their defensive line rankings out, but it's impossible to see. Considering that most teams guard their draft boards like it's a collection of nuclear codes... this would seem to be a pretty careless move on the Cowboys part. Good luck trying to maneuver in the draft when every team knows who you're after.

Its not their final rankings. Its merely a list of available DBs in what could be any kind of order. The final rankings would not be hastily written on a dry erase board and allowed to be photographed and published. The fact they had a member of the media in the room tells me they were not ranking the players but probably discussing how each would fit in on D. Its more likely they rearranged their true rankings and allowed that to be photographed.
