It is past time to move on from the Parcels core. Never got it done, never will.

If we cut ware and do not have him finish his career here I hope he goes to a rival and has his best season ever.

Hopefully if cut he ends up like everson walls and wins a Super Bowl.

Btw. This ware issue is going to make me hate even more cowboys fans

You may as well start praying cause hope alone won't do anything for Ware. He has been average over the last two years. Give us just one reason to believe this guy is worth anything more than 5mil. I'll take younger legs over an aging injury prone player all day long. Instead of hating fans why don't you hate the players that continue to underachieve on this team. It may save you a whole lot of grief.

so much wrong in this post but not worth really saying more than that

Please break down the post and tell us what was wrong with it. Ware's inability to read the difference between a run or pass hurt this teams defense all year last year. It was frustrating to watch him consistently get beat by less than average players every week. More often then not he was drawing a single blocker on him.

If Ware takes less money to sign with another team then he is dead to me. I can't believe all these Cowboys fans that want him to have success with another team. I want him to have that success here.

Gotta give Ware credit for playing hurt but nobody forced him to jeopardize his career by doing so. That's on him.
At the same time, Jerry's to blame for poor cap management and restructuring to a fault. He dealt himself into this mess.
If Ware's released, I imagine some team with more cap room will come along to offer him more than Jerry would want to part with.
Ware and his agent probably realize as much and seemingly may be intent upon testing that market. Too bad it's come to this.

Players play hurt all the time. I give no credit to that at all.

I completely agree with this.
And it's good fans who've been rooting for the team for a long time doing this too.
Why would anyone root for a true Cowboy Star Player to go to another team and do better and have better success?
Do they hate the team they've rooted for- for years that much now?
I just don't understand...
I want Ware to do the right thing for the team. If he can't- good luck, I've rooted for you hard and you've brought some good memories. Go succeed, if you still can.
I don't want him to spite our nose despite our face though.
If you still got something left in the tank and can be mostly the Ware of old- do it for your team. The one that picked you, not Merriman. The one that made you rich and believed in you.
Help the team as much as they've made you famous, wealthy, an inspiration and given you the ability to provide for not only your family, but many others.
Go out being remembered as a true Legend here in Texas. Not just Texas, but the entire NFL.
Now... LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Let's be honest, before last season, Anthony Spencer had been a better player than Ware for the past couple of years.

You take Ware out of the mix and there is no guarantee that Selvie will be getting 6 sacks. Just saying.

You give Ware too much credit. Ware wasn't drawing double teams or forcing opposing offenses to alter their protection plan when he was on the field.

do you think emmitt might look back on his last two years in arizona and say that it would have been better to stay in dallas for a little bit less money?

Well, if he does, I've certainly never heard him say that. No proof at all, so far as I know, that this is what he thinks or believes.

I know right. Because Ware has contributed so much over the past few seasons. We had one of the worst defenses in history last season and he was a starter. Pretty sure we can't get any worse without him. In fact, I think it is a huge addition by subtraction. All he does is make a bee line to the QB every single play. Teams know this so they run the ball and run screens right at him for easy gains.

It's time to move on from him.

Can't have it both ways. On the one hand, you have a bunch of people saying that Ware was never on the field last year but on the other hand you have all kinds of people saying that we had the worst defense ever last year. Well, either it's Ware's fault or the defense was terrible, in large part because he was not on the field.

there really was no realistic alternative to Romo last year and he got market value. Anyone thinking otherwise has a very limited grasp of reality.

But the year prior, when KC was looking hard for a QB, there was. We could have probably gotten serious trade value for Romo and avoided the 108 Million Dollar Contract. That was a very real possibility and, a move that probably could have really helped this franchise.
