Chris, we gotta hook up before the game. We are getting ten Cowboy fans and renting a limo from Orlando so we'll be "warming up" in the bullpen.

I think it would be great to meet other posters..."Oh...yeah, Hostile...man everybody knows you!" That stuff is very cool.

Steve...Bill and I are talking about touching base on Saturday to set it up...we will be in Clearwater at Shephards Friday...then Channelside and Mons Venus Saturday night...

First of all... :welcome:

Secondly....do you know what the deal is with that endzone? Is it a commons area that anyone can get into, or are there special tickets?

We have seats opposite that area, but my friend wants to try and hang in there.

Thanks! This is my first game here at Ray Jay..but the Bucs Cove I believe is just a 100 foot replica pirate ship and they fire cannons when they score a td or field goal..

I did see some tickets online for that area of the stadium..

I won't be in Tampa, but I'm looking into a trip for the Washington game on 22 Nov. Would be great to meet a couple of people, especially if you'll be in the party pass area!!

the ship area is a common area and anyone can get in. There are a lot of restarants and places to buy $12.00 hot dogs in that area. . I think during the game, they may limit who goes on the ship but I am not sure. I usually try to stay as far away from that thing as possible. Hopefully the Cowboys will keep the Bucs out of the Red Zone because that is when the thing goes off.

the area directly across from the ship is just like the ship area but without the stupid boat. There are tables and places to sit and watch the game. There really is not a bad seat on the bottom level. I have never been to the top level so have no idea how the view is from those seats.

Nice...I wouldn't normally want to watch a game form this type of area, but considering the nature of our visit, this game will be somewhat more social than most.

I'll be in the North endzone, right in the middle between the goal posts, section 148....about 20 rows up. I have sat in that area several times in the past....the best part about it is the proximity to bathrooms and beer. The worst part is the cannon....but hey, I think it's a pretty cool touch. I beleive the Cowboys will come out of the tunnel at the NW corner of the field...that is where they did last time they were in Tampa. They did most of their pregame in front of that section the last time we played the Bucs.

We will try to get to parking lot B or 2, whatever it is. Last time we played Tampa, I'd say about 25% of the fans were Dallas fans. This time, I expect more given the fact that the Bucs are not expected to do much.

Found this site while looking for other Cowboys fans to tailgate with. Hope to see you guys in Lot 2(?) around 10 am (according to the raymond james site, there's no such thing as lot b).

We've got a group of 30 people going from CENTCOM, with one spare ticket. It's at the discounted group price and in the upper corner with the rest of our group. If interested, shoot me an email or look for the gray Prius with a Cowboys flag at the tailgate.

been reallly nasty weather today and supposed to be raining again tomorrow for the game. But it is Florida so one place it may be raining and across the street it may not. there is a front hanging around here that rarely happens. You never wake up to rain in Florida but it happened today.

Edit: oh yea, Good Luck to you guys. Beat the snot out of the Bucs.....

My GF and I are going, my first Cowboys game, but def. not my first at Raymond James...

We park at Jesuit High School which is less than a mile away from the stadium...I believe we are in section 102 or something close to that. I have my blue Romo jersey and she will have on her white Ruud jersey if anyone recognizes us. I highly doubt any other couples will have on those jerseys.

Jesuit is a great place to park if you do not plan on taligating much, but those who do, definitely join up with other Cowboys fans in Lot B, or so I have also heard. Because the heckling may get out of hand, although I think there will be alot more Cowboys fans that there usually are visiting teams fans here in Tampa!

Tampa is a friendly venue to opposing team fans. Don't have to worry at all.

I agree that Tampa fans are for the most part gracious hosts. You always have your exceptions but most are really friendly. I have seen a couple of fights over the years, but you see that anywhere when people have too much to drink.
