I heard much of the same thing going into last year. This line is very very good, but they aren't the best of all time IMO. Upgrade Free and see if La'el can figure it out. Then maybe we can start talking about it.

There wasn't even a great wall I. It was a (pretty recent) media creation.

So the current OL certainly isn't Great Wall II.

A great OL never goes out of style.

The issue is that teams may start chasing OL players, but all that means is that the same guys get drafted earlier. It's still the same set of players who will be playing OL in the NFL: the overall talent level doesn't go up.

I agree completely. The point i was trying to make, and maybe i failed at expressing that point, was more so the system the Cowboys put into place. They put a strong emphasis on the run game to carry their team, which 80% of teams have not done for years. Instead of following the blueprint of other teams, they created their own blueprint. Now they can watch as others try to copy them. Now OL and RB stock during the draft will go up, while a handful of defensive players should drop down in the draft, which would allow the Cowboys to potentially get a much needed mid 1st round talent at a position of need to drop.
