According to DMN blog tidbit, it appears Johnson at least in good physical condition:

hey Sago lol up probably just caused all of Cowboys nation's blood pressure to rise... "cited" would mean "given a citation".... as in ticketed by the law.

If he was "sighted" the word used should have been "spotted". Just helpin out not tryna be smart.
