He also leads the league in double teams (robert quinn thanx him) and is balling out against the run. He's been playing at an all-pro level since the philly game.
Rofl, I sure not seen any of this

9 Demarcus Lawrence Dallas Cowboys DE 10
9 Jordan Phillips Buffalo Bills DT 10
9 Arik Armstead San Francisco 49ers DL 10
9 Danielle Hunter Minnesota Vikings DE 10
22 Melvin Ingram III Los Angeles Chargers DE 9
22 Michael Bennett Dallas Cowboys DE 9
22 Shaq Thompson Carolina Panthers LB 9
22 Preston Smith Green Bay Packers LB 9
22 Robert Quinn Dallas Cowboys

Tank has 10 tackles for loss which is good for about ninth in the league but 10other guys are also tied for ninth at 10 tackles and only one tackle for loss separates the 9th best player and the 40th best player in the league.

Look at Robert Quinn who has 9 tackles for loss, has more sacks and played in 2-3 less games

PFF ranks him #4 against the run among all DE's in the NFL. Like most fans, you only remember sacks and TDs.
So what good is this doing, they can't stop then at all, much rather have sacks with this secondary

Tanks ranking in tackles for loss is misleading. The top

Danielle hunter has the same amount of tackles for loss as tank and is leading the league in sacks. So he’s playing the run and sacking the qb on an elite level

This is from a month ago but look at Robert Quinn’s double team rate. It’s almost the highest in the league

Being able to disrupt plays, hurry a QB, pressure a QB is just as important and sometimes those things don't show up on the stats sheets.

DLaw was ranked midteens for hits, hurries, and pressures, just like last year.

Elite money for a very good but not elite player.

D-Law has been impactful beyond sacks; which can be an overrated stat. He has steadily improved coming off shoulder surgery and has made more than his share of plays in the running game. And he's still applying consistent pressure.

The attention Lawrence draws has helped Quinn get his stats. Not saying D-Law can't do more. Just saying let's not get caught up in stats. (Stats, by the way, seem to mean nothing when it comes to Dak but they mean everything for Tank. Hmm....).

Lol, Lawrence is not far off from Quinn and has a higher sample size.

The guy is Top 10 in negative plays (sacks + TFL), despite facing a high percentage of double teams and still winning those snaps.

I think all of this criticism boiled down is just consternation that he doesn’t have a nice double digit sack number to stare at.
