I don't think great WR or not will win a SB. SB are won by the best teams. I'm thrilled we have Dez back in the fold he is a great player but Dez is not going to win us the SB, Romo is not going to win us a SB. It is the overall talent that can go out and win a SB, that means a lot of guys stepping up and making plays to help their team win football games.

I have certainly voiced my opinions about Romo's shortcomings in the past.

But the player and Franchise has corrected their thinking and pocketbook formulas to make us relevant again.

And Romo has responded beyond anyone's expectation now given his sucesss and repeated setbacks with a revolving door of playcallers and offensive philosophies.

And no defense really to speak of since 2009 and the back treading from 4-3 to 3-4 then back to the 4-3.

I mean a QB is going to feel all that pressure and still Romo plays with quality.

Tony is no longer a scapegoat and deserves all the respect a Manning or a Rodgers or Luck receives.

About the only thing Tony has not done is to fall on his sword at midfield.

Don Meredith was very similar with having to sacrifice himself for the team and ended up leaving the game.

I don't want to see that be Tony's legacy as most of us don't and for that this uptick in the team and coaches is most welcome.

Tony deserves all the good things coming to him.

True unless one of the other backups shows vast improvement and the running game is solid enough to not put the weight of the team all on the QB. I agree based on what we have seen as of last year Dallas would be in trouble.
